If you want to be treated as a valued customer and recieve a service that's worthy of the money you spent don't buy from this company.

Bought an engine from them 2024 June for my B6 Audi, took off old parts to put on new parts discovered the water pump impeller broke in the coolant passage so took it back as I feared there might be other pieces that might circulate should I install the engine and run it.

They assured me that's not the case and insisted I take that engine back all will be well, I did so under their advice and put the engine into the car, upon start Up engine was Noisey and I contacted them again and they promised to send someone out, they never did.

Changed a few components on the engine to remedy some Gremlins I had experienced but engine never stopped being Noisey so I drove the car down to them so they can inspect and give a solution, they insisted that it's a tentioner at the back of the head to which I argued that it can't be the tentioner but Lucas didn't fail to remind me he has been a mechanic for 20yrs (still got the diagnosis wrong).

Car continued to have a noise on cold start which prompted us to tear into the head and we discovered it had a failed VVT gear, even that took a long time to come to a resolve by this time my car has been inoperable for quite some time.

I finally opted to take out the engine and send it back, negotiated to get another engine from JHB from them as they said it is available, they did a complete 360 on that agreement and today my car is still down.
