ECSA has rendered itswelf obsolete through incompetence

ECSA is a bunch of utterly *********** muppets.

Calling them a professional body is an insult to the engineering profession.

I have been trying to end my membership for over a year now, and despite the fact that I have left the country permanently, these imbeciles continue to send me invoices demanding payment for doing absolutely nothing. They follow in the proud South African Government tradition of ******ing money just for existing, and have become so blatantly obsolete that if it were feasible I would recommend all of my South African colleagues register with an overseas body that actually serves the purpose of administrating our profession.

ECSA I hope you read this and feel very very, very VERY ashamed of yourselves.

By the way, don't expect them to ever pick up the phone, respond to emails or serve their purpose in any way shape or form, they exist solely for the purpose of ending out invoices for services not rendered.
