Sold me a blown engine for Kia K2700

Told me the engine has done less than 100,000kms but upon receiving the engine you could obviously see it has done well over that plus after opening engine the head gasket was also blown. He refused to refund me or at least to exchange for an engine in better condition. I paid full retail price for the engine (which is very expensive for an engine in the condition it came in)
