Engine.

I am situated in Upington and ordered a Hyundai H100 engine from Engine World in Cape Town. The owner ensured me telephonically that it is a clean imported engine from Korea with low mileage kilometres, and that this engine has not been opened. I arranged for a courier to have it picked up from his establishment. The engine was delivered in Upington and it was full of oil, it looked like a old engine, the fan belt was in a terrible state, the top was opened and siliconed again and the water pump was stuck

I loaded the engine and took it back to Engine world before 7 days, the owner did not have another engine, and refuses to refund the money that i paid for this engine that was not up to standards.

He also said he doesnt care if i go to Consumer Rights.
