Engen Vineyard Service Station Horrible customer service DO NOT GO HERE!

On Tuesday 26/03/2024 after work we went to this store to buy their Buy any 2 Pies for R59.90, the add does not specify that it has to be any specific kind of pie, it says buy any 2. The *********** counter assistant refused to honor the promotion as advertised when we ordered a spare rib and a Cheese griller roll. claiming it has to be 2 burger pies which makes no sense as these are more expensive then the 2 we chose. Also this store had no vegetarian options for my wife. When requesting the Manager on duty to assist with honoring the promotion he also refused to honor the promotion.

Have never experienced such *********** staff and management delivery such horrible customer service. Will never recommend this place to anyone, if i could give you 0 stars I would, 1 star is being too generous for the horrible service we received.

Its unfortunate that woolies and steers are at the same location.

Regrettably, after receiving a call from Engen, nothing has been done to rectify what happened, on the day, Owner seems unwilling or simply doesnt care about his/her customers. havent been back since.
