DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND CO-OPERATION

This service station and the team - from Management to Attendants - have the utmost worst attitude towards customers service. They are non-co-operative and utterly unprofessional and spiteful.

Our truck parked at the forecourt to fill up diesel. The Fleet Card of the truck declined the transactions of R 7,900.00 and they refused to contact the contact center, as it is normal procedure to obtain authorization on the transaction.

After numerous conference calls with the service station and the fleet card service provider, they still refuse to co-operate, none the less provide EFT details.

Stanley and Debbie is the so called managers there who sets an absolutely disgraced example to their staff. At the end of the day our communication turned into and argument, with matter still not resolved.

The service station should rather not be used at all and should try to pass on them when you are in that area.
