TERRIBLE

I paid on 7 January, for a necklace from these people. When paid you receive an email confirming and telling you you will receive updates. Today, 23 January I've received nothing until a message on FB saying the courier was trying to get hold of me! I have had no calls, no missed calls. Lies. They haven't returned my calls and, I left my number. They haven't re**** to my emails, FB posts or instagram posts. Now they say they want to check what number they have for me! It's on the order from, and it's in the two voice mails I left. I've been ****med. I'm not leaving it here, R270 is a lot of money to me. Now I get a phone call from them, saying the courier Co could not get hold of me for a wee**** Yet, an email re eived now says it's going for delivery tomorrow. A week! What a load of *******! They have messed up, but their not admitting it!!!
