Good evening people

Good evening people. I need some advice. My father passed away in March this year. He had a lawyer that is handling he's will. The lawyer is not very helpfull. Is it our work as the client to always follow the lawyer for updates or to find out what's happening? We only sended emails to the lawyer twice. The 1st email they rep**** to us around may 2024. Last week we send a email to find out what's happening with no luck or reply from the lawyer. Even when we phone the lawyer is either in court or not available. He will always get back to us which is not happening. Is it our problem as the client that he's not available for most of the time or he's in court? Isn't it the lawyers duty to call us or email us with updates as a client? Riaan bode is almost never available. I'm not happy with this service from riaan bode
