Worst service ever from a property agency and its agent

I Bought a property from Engel & Volkers in Umhlanga through the agent Mr Andre Mostert.

I have dealt with many property agents before, but didn't come across such a terrible service from any property agencies.

From the beginning, viewing of the property till the end of handing over the keys and the apartment, I didn't meet, the agent Mr Andre Mostert. Any issues regarding the property were resolved through a third party.

When you call Mr Andre Mostert, he doesn't take your call nor returns nor sends any apologies through WhatsApp. Although it was a cash deal It took 3 and half months until final registration. Although, property was being advertise for selling, documents such as title deeds etc were not in place nor the seller was present in the country for signing the documents. Verbal promises were made to sell the apartment with the furniture, appliances, cutleries etc as they were shown by receptionist while viewing it. Admittedly, when signing the offer we didn't pay attention to this matter from the legal perspective. Now, we are informed that all the contents of the apartment were emptied by the seller. Handover of the key is going to be through security man at the gate. We are disgusted that a reputable property agency agent with deal in this manner.
