Unhappy at home yet paying R5000.00 monthly

Hi , I'm from Johannesburg I've moved to potchefstroom for work reasons from Mthatha... I needed an estate agent to assist me to find a place to stay in the area as I was still in Mthatha at the time and would need a place to stay urgently. Linda from engel and volkers called me after I saw a place online ,she met with my parents and showed us the place mom was not to happy as the place was in bad condition which Linda said would have sorted as soon as possible. The agreement was that I needed a place to stay that is not a student complex as I am 8 months pregnant and need a secure quiet place of which she assured me indeed that it was. She asked me to send and sign contract immediately she needed it urgently also that I should pay deposit urgently which I did two I then also paid rent for the month all This was just over 10000.00 I got to the apartment and the apartment was dilapidated , the apartment has a stench and infested with roaches , further more the apartment has blocked drainage ..... for 10 days of a month I hadn't stayed in the apartment because of its state and I'd drive daily to Johannesburg. Till she sorted out the rotting cuboards and blocked drains .... The worst thing is Linda was rude and condenseding we had to get her superior in.before it was sorted she kept saying " oh well , you signed a contract" I then found out once the drain.was repaired that this was in fact a complex with students... Linda has not once met me, the Engel Engel Volker agents what's app voice note which I've advised my line of work and myself do not utilize whatsapp so she needs to please call me instead... her response is "she can.do.as she pleases" August 18 I asked Linda to move from.The complex and that I couldn't reside there I am.unhappy ...and I am.An.unhappy in.what's meant to be my new home at 8 months pregnant .... today is now 25 September Linda says she hasn't put in.my notice since August she ssays because I.didn't write it yet I've reminded her every single day she says she mentioned in a voice note. I have not received or heard any of the voice notes she hangs up.on.me or doesn't answer calls .... I need help from management and not one manager has come to help me with my situation from this company ..... Still in.in need of help and nothing
