********* behaviour and service

This is a review towards an agent of Engel & Volkers Marina Louw as well as the owner of the place I rented since 2015 in Equestria Estate, 27 Piketberg. The ridiculous ********* behavior from both the owner and agent is so pathetic because they simply do not want to pay out my deposit which I am validated to receive back. First the owner tried to make me be accountable for damages in the flat which were there when I moved in and that were never fixed throughout the duration of my stay, and then tried to deduct that from the deposit. When that failed, now she is trying to take the whole deposit amount for a stained carpet and make it as if the amount for the carpet is going to amount to the whole deposit. It is so pathetic that the owner and agent is running away and desperate for money that they would resort to this ********* behavior of not paying my deposit back simply because they have not received new tenants in there. I have even kept the place in such a good condition and now she wants to cheat me out of my money, it is pathetic!
