Shalona Singh of Engel & Volkers Ballito Ruined our Family Holiday

We booked a holiday apartment with Shalona from Engel & Volkers North Coast. We were due to leave on Holiday to Ballito on Saturday 30 December.

We asked her for a ground floor , 6 sleeper with braai facilities.

After we paid our money , she advised that she just found out it is a 4 sleeper on the second floor with no braai facilities.

We requested a refund and she promised to search for another place. She in turn booked through Ballito Agencies who went out of their way and paid back their part of the money.

Shalona in turn didn’t pay back the balance although she has promised that she did , and it’s probably delayed due to the holidays.

It’s now a week later and we haven’t received our money , neither do we have a holiday unit in Ballito.

We can’t change our dates as our leave was put in for those dates and all our family and friends will also be in Ballito.

Our children were looking forward to a beach holiday that will not be able to happen now!

I am very disappointed to say the least!
