Service is myth at Engel & Volkers

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home through Engel & Volkers. The service we are receiving is nothing short of disgusting. The agent assisting us comes to work smelling of alcohol, drunk. We called him on Saturday to confirm if the tenants have moved out of the property but he said he can't speak to us,clearly very drunk. We called the Midrand Branch to lay complaint and be assigned a new agent, 5 days later our complaint is falling on to deaf ears. I spoke to Rebecca on Saturday, who advised she would get a Manager to call me. I've been calling every day since then and nothing has happened.I'm still waiting for a call from the Manager. I can not stress enough how useless Engel & Volkers is as they do not take their customers seriously hence they allow drunk people to service their customers. Their agents lie, honesty and integrity is a fallacy to them. As I'm writing this, I know it will again fall on deaf ears or should I say blind eyes but perhaps it will help someone looking to purchase a property through Engel&Volkers.
