NO feedback, NO follow up, NO 'here's the keys", NO transfer date.......NO SERVICE

<p>The agent Nicolette Stevens, clearly has no idea on "customer service". Perhaps not have had sufficient training? As the service I have been getting after the bond was approved, had been shocking. The company, whom inspected the property for electrical and plumbing requirements, broke the glass shower door. If I did not inspect the property with the current tenant, no one would have know about a glass shower door totally missing. I had to contact everyone involved and received a mail from Nicolette on the 6th of June 2016. Still after all this time, I have not had any feedback or follow up from her. Subsequently I discovered that she sold the property on behalf of a mandate that was given to her by Maria Tsouvelekis from Prime 1 Property. I responded on an adverti*****t by Engel&Volkers, Nicolette S tevens. </p>
