Most descipable and *************!!!
<p>A little under a month ago, the agent Jurgen, marketed a property to me in Lonehill and misrespresented the property along with the landlord who is just as descipable. They **** to me about the troublesome neighbour that was there and who was notorious for their disgusting, rowdy and violent behaviour. Jurgen who happens to be in charge of Security on the Body Corporate claimed that he knew nothing about the numerous noise complaints and fines lodged against this neighbour and pretended that he had no idea about any noise emanating from this unit. He marketed the property to me on false pretences and only after moving into the property, I was subjected to 2 traumatising incidents within 3 weeks, from the same troublesome neighbour. After complaining to him and the landlord, I was instructed to vacte the premises if I was not happy, which by the way is *******. When I signed the lease with the landlord, Jurgen was present and was witness to the landlord telling me that since I moved in only the 4th of February, she will refund the 3 days from the following month's rent. After vacating the unit on the 25th of February, the landlord has reneged on her verbal agreement, and Jurgen who was witness to this has been silent on the entire matter. Do NOT ever deal with this man or this company. They are bad news and they are *****!</p>

We have contacted the Lonehill office and they have informed us of the following, including the email threads between yourself, the owner and the attorneys:
1. You informed them that you wanted to leave the property, to which they told you that you needed to give the owner 21 business days notice according to the CPA.
2. They also informed you that should you leave before the 21 days notice, that the owner could issue a penalty according the lease agreement.
3. Even though you vacated the property before the 21 day notice, the owner was still willing to pay you back your deposit and not issue any penalty clauses for early termination.
4. Once the final water and electricity account is received, the owner will use your deposit to pay that amount and refund you the rest, along with a copy of the water and electricity account for your records.
5. Unfortunately, when living in estates and complexes, one does run the risk of not having peaceful neighbours. It is not the agency nor the agent's fault if this does occur to any resident that they may have placed within the estate.
We trust that once you receive your deposit back, with the water and electricity amount been taken off, this matter will be resolved.

Dear Jackie (since I know that you are behind this response!)
Please note that your points 1 - 3 are all lies!!! I was told to vacate the property by the owner and have proof of all the emails stating that. Nobody told me that I had to give 21 days notice and about a penalty clause, so once again LIES!!! On point 3, yes the owner refunded the deposit however she has not refunded me the 7 days of rental amounting to R1950 that she owes me for NOT occupying her damn apartment!!!! Jurgen, your dear husband, was present when the owner Irene Houreau, promised to refund my money for the days that I did NOT live in the apartment. She has not done so and as a result I have lodged a complaint with the Housing Tribunal against her and you ********* bunch of *****! Your husband and Irene knew about the neighbor's past history and violence and when I asked them about if the neighbors made a noise, they pretended that they didn't know anything, so please do NOT insult my intelligence by pretending all of you knew nothing about this!!!! You are REQUIRED to divulge this to prospective tenants when the question is posed to you, NOT lie about it and pretend you don't know!!! The Managing Agent Ronel Van Den Berg even confirmed that you all knew about it, but obviously your greed to just get a tenant in place was more important to you than the safety of the tenant you were going to place!!!! You are all pathetic, disgusting ***** and I have everything on emails to prove it!!!!!! The owner then decided to harrass me further by trying to get me to vacate the premises by getting her lawyer to do her dirty work to call me, intimidate me and harrass me and then act like she didn't want me to vacate, when I have it in black and white that she wanted me leave!!!!!! Get ALL your damn facts straight, Jackie, because you were NOT the person who was present when I signed the lease agreement!!!! And just so you know, carry on lying about the facts in this matter and you and the rest of your peanut gallery will face the consequences when this matter goes to arbitration. Let me remind you that there is serious consequences should you or any other person lie and I quote "Any person who fails, without sufficient cause:
to answer fully and satisfactorily any question lawfully put to any such person, or
5. who produces before the Tribunal, any false, untrue, fabricated or falsified book or document, or
6. wilfully furnishes the Tribunal with information, or makes a statement before the Tribunal, which is false or misleading, or
7. fails to comply with any ruling of the Tribunal, or
8. fails to comply with a request of the Tribunal, or
9. contravenes any regulation,
will be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or imprisonment not exceeding two years or to both such fine and such imprisonment."
Agents like you should be disbarred due to how you people treat others. You people are despicable and everyone should know about your *********, ************ disgusting business practise!!! We shall see who wins this case at the Hoousing Tribunal!!!!
