Lack of Customer Service From Engel & Volkers

I am interested in a property to view and possibly put in an offer to purchase. I have sent them an email request via the Property 24 website requesting to be contacted regarding the property to date no response, on Monday I contact their office to arrange a viewing, the estate agent was not in and was advised by the Office Manager that she will get him to call me, to date I have not been called.
