Engel & Volkes not answering WhatsApp or phone calls

Engel & Volkers have lost my house keys, are now not returning my calls. I have send the CEO of Engel and Volkes endless Whatapp messages, as well as asked that he please give me a time that is convenient to call - obviously no response. Fir about a week I’ve been trying to get hold of Engel and Volkers - the agent o originally dealt with has asked I not phone her. So no communication from the agent or from the CEO. Today I decide ti phone the labs line at Beoadacres. I managed to get through to the CEO, however as I’m. Ali g from outside of South Africa Rhe line fell. I called again, Was transfere ri the CEO, once he realized whom the person was, he proceeded ti tell me seeing I lodged a complaints on Hello Peter, there is nothing else to discuss. The line went dead again. Not sure if he disconnected me, or the line fell. No problem, I’ll phone again, you need ri understand that the CEO has my WhatsApp number, as I’ve left a number of messages on his WhatsApp. I wanted ti have proof of the incompetence of the team ar Briadacres. So I phone again - obviously no surprise there again, he is conveniently in a meeting. So I gave Rhe reception my WhatsApp number so that rhe CEO can return my call. In summary they do not want to resolve the issue,now there strategy is ignite the client long enough, so eventually they will give up.
