Engel & Volkers-Ridiculous Service.

While looking for properties to rent, I saw an adverti*****t for a great loft apartment on Property24. I contacted the agent, Chris Mbangu to arrange a viewing. Chris didn't greet, just forwarded a video detailing the property, which was already made clear from the written adverti*****t on Property24. I told him I'd like to view the apartment in person. He responded with a curt 'tomorrow is fine' which I found rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't you ask the client when would be a good time for them or let them know in a courteous way when you have time available? Since I was very interested in the property, I decided to overlook it and ask him what time I should come out to town. He has yet to respond to my message. After this atrocious service, I couldn't help thinking if Chris already has tenants in mind for the property or, if once again, only a certain demographic is considered for properties in and around the city(There has been enough evidence on the news and social media to back this up). Today I decided to check Hello Peter's reviews on Engel & Volkers, and my interaction with Chris makes total sense now. Gross service and behaviour seem to be nothing new at Engel & Volkers.
