I wish they had an option for no stars.

I bought two properties 4 months ago, I paid cash up front and I haven’t had correspondence from them. The conveying company has also been delayed by them. They refuse to give me occupational rent in the interim even though they have admitted the delay is on their side.

Now they are trying to strong arm me into pulling out of the deal.

Do not buy from them. What a pity that big corporates continue to get away with this.
