Do not ask them to get you a tenant
I consulted with Engel & Volkers twice about getting me a tenant for my apartment in Noordwyk. Both tenants ended up being bad tenants. The 1st issue, is that they didn't properly consider the results of the Credit report. The 2nd issue is that there were unnecessary errors, such as the first consultant sent me a lease agreement that were missing signatures from the prospective tenant. Avoid, if you can.

Our Midrand office does placement tenants which means they present the tenant & their credit report to the landlord for acceptance. They don’t do managed rentals. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused for you.
