<p>******* -ignorence- and very much conflict of interest, after 7 months struggle despite non stop request to speak to owner , i called head office, o yes they called , and indeed owner arrived next day--- pleading to not go to court we resolve the issue--- a few days later a sherrifs letter based on lias to evict me, didnt worked out sorry , but costed me lots of money, a most ******* agent, and it appears a non insolated case....but highly protected by head office....... in my opion one of the top 3 estate agents in south africa, , today i wouldnt accept a house free of charge from them, disgusting gentleman!!</p>

Further to your telecom with our Head Office, we informed you that we would let you know when one of our team members would be visiting the Potchefstroom area again. It could have been in May, but no set appointment to visit Potchefstroom was made. We have not yet visited the area, hence why no appointment has been made.
Further to the telecom you also instructed us that you were contacting us to inform us of the complaint but that you did not require it to be sorted out and were happy to remove it from the Hello Peter website.

It could have been in May, but no set appointment to visit Potchefstroom was made. We have not yet visited the area, hence why no appointment has been made.

you promised that in may you would visit me, after our call u said you would contact me didnt happend neither a appointment was made. i trusted our conversation, i have asked you to treath it as confidential and record it , so if more people have a problem you can take action, how can u say to not sort it out then why would you make a meeting in may and visit me? and as you can see above i have requested admin to remove it from this page as i thought after our conversation i felt assured that you would contact me, i sincerly believed you!!!!!!!!!!!!! i been 11 months naive with your franchise and now again, i remain disapointed as i trusted you would contact me

out of curiosity i checked EV amazing to see how many complaints, i am still owed 93000....what i will never in my life see back, EV shame on you, and you laugh it of as nobody will stop you from wrong doing

We were under the impression that this has been sorted out directly with the Licence Partner, Carl Venter, from our Potchefstroom Office Please can you contact them directly as the property transaction was done with them and they would be the best suited to sort out any issues that you still may have?
