BUYING A HOUSE? SELLING AGENTS *********

How many Purchasers out there understand that rights? I still dont. I spoke to Lynn from Engel and Volkers Broadacres who advised me that the automated garage door which was sold with the house that never wver worked since I moved in Sep, is not the repsonsbility of the agent to check if it works! So basically Engel and Volkers Broadacres can advertise a sale stating there is an automated garage but whether therw is or not , is not their responsibility as she stated this morning. Lovely hey. So what inspection do they say they do prior. Beside her being rude and shuving me off and telling me to get the money a few thousand to fix it from the seller, who lives in Austrailia mind you! As she can not help. Why would they cause they got all payouts right. So the agent who worked for them and sold me the house , Adrian Collard , now at Soothbeys Broadacres/Fourways, was awesome, at face value only!!! He left Engel and Volkers during my registration of property.

My lsst conversation with him was 2 weeks ago when he advised me he actually never did check of the door worked and the sellers son said it hadbt been working for a while!! So how did Engel and Volkers Broadacres falsely advertise and Lynn not take accountability.

So Adrian advised over a week ago that its the Sellers respinsibility to fix, thought his ex collegue Lynn says differently when she rudely told me to **** off this morning. So makes one qander right, how she says its not the selling agents reaponsibilty to check such!!

And Adrian says the Seller must pay. But guess what he dropped it right there i followed up with him end of last week and he cut my call and never called bac****!

He is so awesome when selling at home but terribly ********* and unprofessional once he has recieved his commission. Good luck Soothbeys, awesome reputation you have taken on.

Anyone huying from him or Engel and Volkers Broadacres be very careful. They are not about customer experience as i thouhht but the money.

As for Lynn at Engel and Volkers Broadacres, she is the rude and arrogant . Not because I want my way but to do the right thing.
