One agent will let you in the apartment without making any videos or pictures of the state of the apartment. Then upon your leave, another agent will come to collect the keys and claim that the apartment is dirty and needs renovation - all from your security deposit!!! But the first agent who let you in the first place will magically disappear. I left the apartment cleaner then it was when moving in, but the agent (her name is Cristina, in Barcelona) told the landlord (who doesn't live in Barcelona) all the lies about how I left it dirty and damaged - without any proof! The landlord took her side and my deposit was gone!!!! Stay away from this agency! I am a person with a heavy physical disability and they manipulated and mistreated me without any remorse! I am suing both the agency and their so-called proffesional agents Cristina and Mauricio from Barcelona!!
