Horrified

We had lunch at Engedi, the so called buffet lunch. Hair in my food, no service whatsoever from waiter even though there were 2 tables occupied. No dessert, not sure where it was taken to as when we arrived there were some available but when we left nothing at all.

When we told the gentleman on duty he couldn't care less and we were advised there is no manager on duty but some Annemarie lady would call us, still waiting for a call.

This is a so called up marker establishment, what a joke.
