Incomplete job that was fully paid for

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but I am left with no choice. I have given Jan years to complete work that I paid for in full, and he just keep finding excuses not to complete the work. Waterproofing of my roof and gutter was unsuccessful and my ceiling is damaged from water leaks. Grouting for tiling was never completed around my braai area. Light switches and fittings were not re-attached after tiling My living room needs a skirting to be fitted Paint wasn't completed on 1 wall with marks showing through the paint
