<p>Jan Engelbrecht is a ***** and a habitual ****. I paid him in full up front to do some maintanance work at my house. I was even told that the work at the house was guaranteed for up to a year. His guys came and painted and did not do a good job as there were a number of 'touch ups' that need to be done. In addition to this, I had requested him to install a blind in the kitchen. It's been almost a month now and I am still waiting for him to come and install my blind. everytime I call he always has stories to tell. I even told him that I can come and get the blind from him and install it myself and that has proven to be quite an exercise as he claims he's always busy, even though I have paid him and he has not fulfilled the service as was promised. Stay away from this habitual **** and *****. Don't fall into his trap. He normally does work in the Burgundy Estate area in Cape Town.</p>
