**** Service, All promices and thats it

I had a Ctek Dual which went faulty, I got the charger in March 2017, I had it connected to Solar panels and charging my auxi****y batteries on my vehicle, it charged for 5 minutes and then stopped working and started to pop fuses.

I contacted Enertec Batteries (Pty) Ltd they promised to collected it from my supplier, fix it and return it before the 1st November 2017.

A rep only went after the 1st of November 2017 to have a look at it and then said it was my fault that it was not working and I had connected it incorrectly (but then why did it run for 5 minutes?).

On the 21st November I dropped my charger off at the Enertec Batteries (Pty) Ltd office in Cape Town, they promised that they would contact me by the 28th November to let me know what is going on, I phoned them on Thursday 30 November 2017, the person who had accepted my charger was not in the office and promised to get him to phone me as soon as he got back into the office.

On the 01 December 2017 I phoned the Enertec Batteries (Pty) Ltd head office and the Lady I spoke to promised to get the national sales manager to phone me ASAP.

It is not the 04 December 2017 and I still have heard NOTHING, why must we buy expensive equipment and get NO service back and have them refuse to honor the warranty?
