PV SOLAR SYSTEM SUPPLIER AND INSTALLER

It is now six months since Energyworx has supp**** and installed my PV solar system. They have been unable to solve the problem with the Luxpower inverter which blows the HiFi fuse, due to the time delay when load shedding has been implemented. The spec says 10ms. The unit takes seconds and switches off my TV and other connected items before restarting. Inverter was sent in to CNBM SA and it was found that the Connection Board was broken. Repair was done under warranty. Display panel the inverter still does not show the UPS icon and the time delay problem has not been resolved which should be 10ms.
