Stay away from Energy Spark (Exon consulting)

Recently made the mistake of ordering two portable inverters from Energy spark. Complete lack of responsiveness post placing order, promised delivery dates were missed, illegible delivery notes and finally, on threatening, one one unit was delivered. Unit delivered was incorrect spec with poor quality batteries. Immediate notification given on incorrect unit delivered and immediate cancellation of order requested. Four weeks later, hundreds of phone calls and messages, numerous unfulfilled promised actions later and only after threatened legal action the order was finally cancelled and refund processed. I am not sure how organizations like this operate and wouldn’t recommend anyone utilizing energy spark in any way or form.
