Initial delivery made up for with voucher

When we placed an order there was an initial delay of 3 days with the delivery. After we emailed their support team we were informed there was a delay with delivery due to a high amount of orders being processed; I received our order 2 days later with a online store voucher to more than make up for it. Thanks again for the support and Melanie's responsiveness to all my queries and resolving the matter as quick as she could!
