ENERGYSPARK on Facebook! And website supposedly based in PE

Zero rating!! Placed an order and paid in full for a 5k inverter on the 2nd April 2019. Deliver promised within 10 days and still nothing. One telephone line that you’re lucky if it’s answered, leave messages, no response! Communication via email is beyond pathetic, and the excuses are laughable, from misplacing the order, losing the order number, don’t have our email address, courier got lost, wrong address on system, it’s on its way ‘no waybill or proof’, and so the lies continue! Urgent messages sent for a call back, and nothing! The poor little blithering idiot on the end of the phone today was clear indication that this is a one man band raking in the cash and not delivering the goods! I posted on their FB page and already another person is commenting on exactly the same experience, she got a part delivery in an uber! I was told their courier company was BSV, then no... oops it’s Dawnwing, who I called and they don’t have any account with Energyspark or accept goods at their warehouse for delivery as told by the blithering idiot who was clearly out of his depth in the lies he was told to dish out, shame on you Energyspark!
