Concerned over large order

OK. So i need to give a full story, to be fair. I have given them a THREE star review in my opinion, because I thought they would not deliver after waiting 10 days for my 5kw solar order (which I paid R 84 000) when they said they would deliver in 7 working days. Their customer service otherwise, was good. My concern was that when I paid they said it would be 7 working days and full payment needed to be made. They kept me up to date with my order details and sent tracking details so I could track it accordingly. I called them daily to track status however sometimes I was not able to get through to them which they said was due to high call volumes as were handling large shipments to Zimbabwe as there is load shedding over there, not my problem... O_o . However the order was now finally received and all seems to be in order so far. If anything changes I will update my review.
