Energy Posh's services are not terrible, but there is room for improvemen

After purchasing a Growwat 5kva inverter and a lithium battery from Energy Posh, I found that their services were not terrible, but they were not without issue either. Overall, I would say that Energy Posh's services are not that bad, but it's worth noting that their communication could use some improvement.

Unfortunately, when I received my order, I found that the lithium battery was unavailable. Energy Posh promptly notified me of the issue and offered to refund my money. While I appreciate that they were able to resolve the issue quickly, it did take three days for the refund to come through, which was longer than I expected. I would have preferred a quicker resolution to the situation, but overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome.

One thing I did notice about Energy Posh is that their communication can be somewhat lacking. It often felt like I was waiting in a long line to speak with someone, and I would have appreciated more prompt and clear communication. That being said, the team at Energy Posh was always professional and courteous in their interactions with me, which I appreciated.

Overall, I would say that Energy Posh's services are not terrible, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness. If they can address these issues, I believe that they have the potential to be a top-notch provider of inverter and battery solutions.
