This company should not deal directly with the public

These guys are not geared to deal directly with the retail market. They should only work with installers not the public.

Make sure you know exactly what you want before you order and get it in writing. I bought an inverter and battery and was told all the hardware and connections were included only to find the opposite. There wasn't even communication cables included.

Their after sales service is also shocking and I am still waiting for information to get my BMS working automatically.
