Same as being ****** at the ATM

Not very impressed went yesterday to purvhase an inverter.was told to pay quickly so as to have my delivery made possible for the same day....Ya right I was then informed i could only have it today...to make matters worse the lady Patiance then informs me the website price is wrong i have to pay an additional R2500..which i did.. i later went online and did a dummy purchase and the price for payment remained as per the website ..what games are these people playing...to crown it all the invoice I was given does not reflect the extra payment i made....Seriouly this so unprofessional.
