Not a fan
Joke! I bought an inverter and Li Ion battery in Dec 2022 from them. It was a mission to try communicate with them after having paid them. The goods arrived - the proof of purchase and warranty a long while later. Now the battery is defective (10 year warranty) I can not get hold of anyone on any of the numbers published and certainly will be contacting the Consumer Ombud.

02 Oct 2023, 13:58So, the battery went in for repairs on 11 Sept. It was told me it would take 2 weeks. Thrilled with SOME form of communication, I was told 21 Sept that the battery was repaired and would be shipped. 10 days later and no one answers phones. The promised waybill has not been sent and the usual courier company has no record of any package for me. I will keep this space updated, but I will not be doing business with this company willingly, ever again.
