No energy at Energy Outlet

Stay far, far away from this company! I'm starting to think they might be a ****. Had defective batteries delivered, "management" said they will replace it. BUT I had to return the batteries they sold me before they would do anything. It is now two weeks later since they received the defective batteries (3 weeks since I've couriered it to them) and despite promises, number of mails, and phone calls later, I still don't have my batteries back and they are not forthcoming with their communication. Are they in the business of lying or exploiting, or energy?
