No after sale servic

I bought an inverter and a battery with them on the 17/01/2023. The battery LED was/is defective and there was no ****le in the inverter box. There was supposed to be one. I have asked Patience so many times for someone to come out to have a look at the battery and bring me a ****le to no avail. Their after sale service is non existent. I don't think this company will be around for long, which means the warranties does not mean much. Who will be held liable after their closure? Also, very unprofessional when you are at their premises. People are playing cards games and having a jol behind the reception. Not the look of an established business.
