Energy Outlet - ********

Purchased a battery. It came with no plug, cables or manual. I eventually sourced sourced the plug and cable only to find the battery was not working. Energy Outlet refuses to give me a refund. Now I am forced to take legal action to get a refund. Stay far away. Patience acts like she just works there but is listed as a director of the company.
