LOAD SHEDDING SOLUTIONS

After a few days of level 6 load-shedding, my existing back-up system was running out of capacity. I did some research for a 3KVA system and found an affordable and plug & play system from Energy Independence. As we were expecting family from the USA to visits us after Christmas, I placed my online order on 8th December and the system which I chose, was build and delivered on the 19th December, as promised.

Good product with high capacity. I use it for our fridge, fibre ONT, two routers, phone chargers, two laptops, Apple iMac, interior and exterior lights, two decoders, two TV's, alarm system and sometimes our bedroom aircon and all at the same time. The charging time surprised me. After a load-shedding session, it charges, within 2 hours, which is my favourite feature.

The owner of the company flew out to exchange the inverter in person after a paint imperfections were found on the cover (not a functional defect). Such personal service is rare in this day and age and in SA!
