impressive value, no hassle experience

There were a few tell tell red flags about Energy Independence. They had only an online store, only one phone number with no physical address, and their pricing was just a little too aggressive (cheap). I also struggled to get independent information about them online. The biggest red flag to me was the fact that the few reviews about them were all raving about how good they are. I stayed away for many weeks but I eventually took the plunge, against my better judgment. I bought a 1KVA 1.5kWh power station. I live in Cape Town. I ordered my unit on Friday 20 May, which was confirmed by email on the day, on Sunday I received an email confirming that my goods were ready for shipping on Monday. By Thursday I received my 35kg package at my door, in Durbanville, literally the other side of the country. This was a very impressive and slick process. I haven't really given the unit a good test just yet, but all indication are that the unit works exactly as advertised. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend these guys.
