Happy Boy
The Service from Energy Independence was seamless. Although I still have trouble not dealing with a person... I ordered 4 batteries, with battery balancers three arrived in great condition (the 4th box was damaged but upon inspection it was only surface damage. The accessories as indicated when ordered were there. The instructions for setting the Lipo4's up were there too. The batteries interact with my Victron system. I now have lights and some services when the power goes down. Happy Boy

Thank you for your honest feedback and for supporting Energy Independence, although I must say that I am a bit disappointed by your 4-Star Review :-(
The battery box might have gotten scuffed during the transportation process. We take utmost care when shipping our orders, but the batteries underwent quite a journey from Johannesburg to the Western Cape and I suspect this is where the packaging got damaged. But I'm very happy to hear that your system and batteries are up and running and that you have power during load-shedding.
