ENERGY INDEPENDENCE - FANTASTIC SERVICE

Hi. I contacted Energy Independence (Powerprovider.co.za) in Jhb via email regarding a compact power trolley for backup power during loadshedding. Neil answered my query very promptly and enquired about my power requirements. Neil advised that what I initially wanted, was unnecessary and I could get by with my needs with a much cheaper system. Neil's recommendations saved me R13000. The portable power station recommended (Singo 2000Pro) has more than enough power to keep my fridge, TV, decoder, internet and led lights running for extended Eskom outages, with solar panel connectivity for free power recharging. Another bonus is 4x SA 230v plugs fitted (no adapters required). I paid online on Wednesday 27/3/2024 at 09h00 and my purchase was delivered by The Courier Guy at 08h10 on Thursday 28/3/2024. That's less than 24hrs to deliver to the Durban area. Fantastic service, great advice, good knowledge and customer service at such a high level (Neil could easily have sold me the unnecessary expensive option), it is, almost unheard of today. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Neil and Ingrid at Energy Independence for your back up power requirements. Their products appear to be top notch, which they clearly give their full support to (Neil was still sending messages on tips and settings to get the most out of my purchase.
