Brilliant Service and Product!

I bought my 3KVA Compact Inverter from Energy Independence just two days before they closed for Christmas 2022 - which no doubt put them under huge pressure - but they fulfilled their promise and two days later, given the tight time frame they allowed me to collect it. Great service and a professionally finished piece of kit.

It did not end there. Once home it worked perfectly except the earth leakage on the unit kept tripping when Eskom power came back on. I thought I would have to live with that through Christmas - but Neil personally called me to assist. Long story short it turned out to be one of my extension plugs that I managed to isolate with Neil's help and we have not looked back - system works flawlessly.

Five stars is not enough for my gratitude to both Neil and Ingrid for keeping their promises, for providing world class service whilst under severe pressure and for a system that has changed our lives for the better.
