Let down badly by Energy Efficient Fast 24.7

Hi accepted a quote from Energy Efficient 24/7 who I found via 1 Call Asap, for a paint job to start on Monday 21 December to include paint and labour. I paid the deposit of R7878 and they went quiet. I then cancelled the job and was promised my deposit back - still waiting.
