Vehicle License & Registration

Hi. I bought a car late last year from Energy Cars in Pretoria North. I was charged Almost R 7000 for License & registration and on the road and service fees. When I went to pickup the car I was told that I have to go and take out the licence myself and get the numderplates myself, they will refund me, that after I had to pay R 7000 for these services. I can not take off work to go and do a job I already paid for. I told Wessel I am going to get someone to do this job, he said \Just send us the invoice"So I employed someone to do it for me. Now I get the run around from Petrus and they do not want to refund me my experience. Is there anything I can do about this?"""
