After going through so much in their interview process they ghost you.

After having done a 4 hour psychometric assessment, interview and background checks Thabiso went silent on me. I have tried numerous times to follow up via emails and calls to no avail. I mean as an unemployed jobseeker it's already painful and draining. There is a lot of preparation and money spent on interviews etc. Constructive feedback or follow-up would have been appreciated. Very disappointed in their recruitment process.
