Energizer not delivering promised prize

Towards the end of last year, I entered an Energizer competition, where you had to dial a USSD code and enter a token found on your battery pack.<br> <br> I was told that I won a Russell Hobbs steam iron. I was later smsed to send through my delivery address. <br> <br> I have since heard nothing and have not received my prize.<br> Both numbers that I was given (by the person SMSing me for my postal address and on the original SMS to tell me that I had won) ring now, without a response.<br> <br> Here are the contact numbers I received:<br> Virginia: ***<br> TCC: ***<br>
