Energizer A23 Battery

I purchased a twin pack of A23 remote batteries in November 2014 at Canal Walk in Cape Town. The 1st battery lasted in my remote for just around a month and the remote batteries typically last more than a year. I submitted a complaint via the Energizer website and did not even receive an acknowledgement. The 2nd battery from the same pack also lasted me just over a month and has gone dead.<br> <br> Never expected this as I always thought that Energizer was a premium battery. Most disappointing part is that Energizer did not even acknowledge my complaint. Shows that they do not take their customers seriously.
