Terrible electric fence that breaks every couple of months. Technicians never show up.

PRODUCT QUALITY: ****. Avoid Energized Fencing at all costs. Their quality is terrible. The wires of the electric fence literally fall off the fence, every couple of months. This electric fence is a piece of junk and I regret buying it. My fence barely lasted a year before the prolems began.

The fence collapsed / fell apart on the following dates: Jan 2019 March 2018 Nov 2017 Jul 2017 Feb 2017 Jan 2017 April 2015 (Energizer box / unit faulty) Oct 2014 July 2014 The fence was bought in April 2013!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: **** You have to phone every day for a week to get an appointment. They never show up for an appointment. One time, they arrived an entire week late - we waited for them every day of the week, but they never showed up. They are always late when they eventually show up. They always say that they will phone back, but they don't.
